Even after she slapped Violet Nelson, her anger was not abated; her chest heaved with rage and her ears buzzed. Leaning on the table, she felt as if she couldn’t catch her breath.

She glared at Violet, her eyes round with fury, her whole body shaking violently.

Caitlin Carter hurriedly massaged the old lady’s chest, fearing she might have a serious health issue right then and there.

Violet was completely stunned by the slap.

She hadn’t seen these people during the court session and had assumed that the Simonson Family hadn’t come. Little did she know they would show up here!

What was going on?

Was this Purple Summers’ conspiracy?!

Thinking back on her words just now, Violet’s face drained of color, pale as paper.

She thought she had everything under control and, seeing Purple’s shocked and anxious expression, she felt a rush of satisfaction and arrogantly spilled everything!

But right now, he couldn’t spare the time to reprimand Violet. Christopher quickly picked up the trembling old lady and hurriedly left, Caitlin hastily calling the driver while the bodyguard led the way, as they prepared to head to the hospital.

The resting room was again left with only Violet and Purple.

The door stood wide open, with curious onlookers occasionally peering in from the hallway.

Violet tried hard to calm herself down.

Had she lost again?…No, she hadn’t lost yet. The legal battle wasn’t over, and Purple’s suborning of a witness to commit perjury was already a confirmed fact. She hadn’t lost yet!

As long as she could get Purple sent to prison, she still had plenty of time to win the old lady over!

The scales were tipping in her favor, her advantage still held!
